OTHER LABOR COSTS

Any request of Cove Church Production/Technical Teams or Cove Church Staff to support your event will require each person individually to be paid by my group/company for their service immediately following the event. I understand these people are not being paid by The Cove Church to serve my organization on their day(s) off.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

Requestor must provide a copy of their group's Certificate of Insurance with each Facility Request form. Your event will not be scheduled until we receive your Certificate of Insurance. Please email to FacilityRequest@covechurch.org.

CHURCH DONATION

I agree to the following:

• All used space and furnishings of The Cove Church will be left ready to use for the next church event.
• All accessories and set-up in preparations of my event is my responsibility to find a resource outside The Cove Church, i.e., tables, linens, centerpieces, catering, beverages, coffee, water and the like.
• Coordinate and be present for Rental Services delivery and pickup of their materials borrowed/rented or leased for the event.
• Responsible for cleaning the used space, vacuuming, mopping spills or foot traffic where needed, bathrooms checked for trash, all trash removed to the outside dumpsters.
• Payment of the Cleaning Fee ranging between $250-400 dependent upon the size of the group and event space used. Price to be set by the Cove Director of Facilities.
• Media coverage, including but not limited to Television, Radio, Newspaper, Magazine, Internet, Pod Cast, of any event must be pre-approved by a Cove Church Executive and/or Senior Pastor(s).
• I am an authorized and responsible representative of the requesting Group/Company for payments and fulfillment of this agreement.
NOTE: Director of Facilities will invoice the Group/Company for additional cleaning or damage to facility or property discovered after the initial deposit/payment for the event.

FACILITY POLICIES

The Requestor and/or Group/Company is financially responsible for any damage to chairs, tables, equipment, or structure of the facility including outside areas. 

The Requestor is responsible for the delivery and pick up of any item borrowed/rented or leased for the event

The Hospitality Area is not for preparing food to sell. Items stored in the Hospitality Area including food products, coffee, water, perishable items, paper products are property of The Cove and intended for use for Cove events only. 

The Hospitality Area and the Janitor Closet contain cleaning fluids, vacuums, brooms mops, etc. which are intended for use by the Requestor and his/her designated helpers. 

A police officer may be required at an activity when deemed necessary by the Director of Facilities. Any monetary compensation required is the sole responsibility of the Requestor. 

The Cove reserves the right to cancel any activity in case of extreme necessity; has the final authority in scheduling decisions, including the right to deny use of any facility when such use is not in The Cove's best interest. 

The Cove is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen property, or personal issues that occur during the event anywhere on our property. 

The following are strictly prohibited:

1. Confetti, glitter, birdseed, rice
2. Tobacco products in any form
3. Illegal drugs, gambling, vulgar language or solicitation
4. Weapons, except those carried by Police officers or approved by the Director of Facilities.
5. Games of chance, except for games that award prizes when there is no charge for participation
6. No use of facility for personal gain or moneymaking projects
7. All candlewicks must be enclosed
8. No nails, hooks, tacks, or screws into any part of the facility
9. No decorations of any kind shall be attached to walls, floors, ceilings, doors, doorframes
10. No food or drink in the Production Office, in the Sound area, or on stage
11. No Alcohol products of any form
The following require the approval of the Director of Facilities:

1. Charge for admission and selling of tickets, subscriptions, or collections
2. Dances and Bands
3. Selling or offering merchandise
4. Animals (except service animals)
5. Overnight leaving of items
6. All activities must cease by 10 pm (later by approval only)
7. Serving food in any area
